As serious as an Art Attack
Politics is so complicated so when it's combined with art- it makes ideas so pretty! After a visit to The West Banks and witnessing the abomination between Palestinians and Israelis sentiments, it was hard to identify between truths and tragedies. But UK graff artist Banksy's ink on the border walls simplifies the concepts in anything other than black and white.

I decided against NYC for Halloween. Thought it to be too dangerous given the economic situation, nationalization of healthcare, coupled in with the high unemployment and even higher uncertainty for first quarter of 2010. Decided to skip off to the middle east instead...
On Sunday October 25th, arrests were made at the Holy sites in Jerusalem. From frontline accounts, obvious tensions were fresh as accusations flew on what provoked the rioting. Being only a few feet away from the Temple Mount and Haram al-Sharif, anger between the Arabs and Jewish resentment resonated the souks and threatened the invisible borders within. Utterly fascinating...

Last week I had some disturbing dinners. Mind you this is new york city but there should be a cap on some of this shit. Here's a borrowed Letterman Top 10 reasons Why This City's Men are becoming gutter tramps and the sorrow suckers who love them:
10. he doesn't watch tv because he's starting a intellectual revolution (but watches youtube)
9. he still pays his ex-girlfriend's rent
8. he still lives with his ex-girlfriend
7. he still sleeps on the same bed with his ex-girlfriend
6. he says she's too loose so he can only enter the backdoor
5. "he adores me," she says "because he knows his boundaries..."
4. he doesn't call back for days
3. she says he hits her because she strays...she then continously strays
2. he pulled chucks of hair out when she wants alone time with friends
